Mechanism of a turret clock designed by Bartolomeo Ferracina, a famous machine-maker and hydraulic engineer, renowned above all for having built the turret clock of Piazza San Marco in Venice. The clockwork, with three gear trains, has an anchor escapement connected to a pendulum regulator.
